Under European Union consumer protection laws, specifically Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, digital content that has been fully downloaded or accessed is not eligible for a refund. This policy applies to all digital product purchases from 4EveryPet.
By purchasing and downloading/accessing our digital products, you acknowledge that:
- No Refunds for Digital Content: Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, you forfeit your right to withdraw from the purchase and request a refund.
- Immediate Access: Digital content is delivered immediately after purchase, so we cannot issue refunds for any reason, including accidental purchases or dissatisfaction with the content.

If you’re having trouble downloading or accessing the digital product, or if the product is defective (e.g., the file is corrupted or unreadable), please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. We’ll work to resolve the issue by either providing a new download link or fixing the file.
